D’Prince
Biography
The pop star known as D’Prince was born on the 23rd of October as the youngest in a family with four siblings and christened Charles Enebeli. He was raised in Ajegunle, a popular Lagos dwelling and attended the prestigious Kings College, Lagos.
Born into a musical family, D’Prince began to record music with his elder brother, Don Jazzy upon his return from his stay in the United Kingdom. He was part of the now defunct Mo’Hits group, appearing on songs like Booty call and Close to you before becoming a pioneer member of Don Jazzy’s reconstituted Mavin Records.
D’Prince released his first album Frenzy under the Mavin imprint in 2012. He serves as brand ambassador for telecoms giant, MTN.
